Homeward bound

Heading home - away from the busy city, over the bridge again. Driving through the vibrant Autumn colours - watching the trees thin out as we speed North. Waiting on the shore for our ferry to arrive, and sailing off into a glorious sunset, guided home by a golden moon.

Is this the railway-bridge in the back? When we stayed in Edinburgh some years ago, we travelled over this bridge. I think we were the only tourists who did this.
Thank you for your nice pictures.

  6. Yes! That moon was so lovely! Also orange in North Carolina.
Hope your journey was as great as the photos made it seem!

  7. I've just made it back home to Texas. I know the feeling, "There's no place like home". Scotland was even more beautiful than I had expected. I thought I could stay forever....but in the end, it was good to come home.
