Sharing a moment that I want to remember. No words, just a single special image. Joining in with Soulemama for This Moment. Wishing you all a fun weekend. Merry Christmas xx
Oh, how I love the light in this photo and the young swordsman, too, of course.
When I was about his age, my own Dad carved me a wooden sword so that I could imagine myself as the hero/ine of the stories he read me at bedtime. Other precious moments from long ago.
Jacqui, all these decades later, I do wonder what happened to that hand carved wooden sword. Even without it, I still imagine that I can defeat the dragons that life sends me.
Many thanks for visiting me. I love to read your thoughts and appreciate each one. I will respond to comments and queries here, so please check back xx
Love this moment! :) Such fun! I haven't visited your blog for a while so I'm off to explore your recent posts. :) Happy New Year!
