Enjoying these balmy Summer days here, now with daughter Karen and her family. Here are some snapshots from our week.
I have loved:
- A perfect rose from the garden.
- Seeing sleepy morning faces appear around the kitchen door.
- Refreshing elderflower lemonade.
- Circus fun at the Standing Stones
- Girl cousins meeting for the first time
- Sunny beach days
- A beautiful Summer Full Moon.
Hope your week is full of blessings. xx
Gorgeous pictures Jacqui! My word, is that your beach?? Looks like the med! :) xx
ReplyDeleteso beautiful jacqui, love your summer days, especially all those sweet little faces!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! And those standing stones and the full moon... wow!
ReplyDeleteFunny though, I'd never picture Scotland warm enough to swim at the beach, but it seems it is ;-)
Hi Geertrude, only swimming on warm Summer days, but we do benefit from the Gulf Stream here xx
DeleteI would be at the beach every single day if I could! Glad you had a great week :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. I am missing the Western Isles... have never been away from them for this long!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely for you to be surrounded by your nearest and dearest. Your photos of the beaches make me want to return to the lovely place you call home.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a "near perfect" seven days....
ReplyDeletewhat a fantastic beach you have ... the water is gorgeous and the skies are so blue. thanks for sharing your week.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos! So tender. And...is there a palm tree growing on that beautiful beach?
ReplyDeleteHa! well spotted. It is a palm tree, but someone's inflatable one, which they left on the beach. It is now in the back of our truck while we decide what to do with it. More useless thoughtless plastic waste :(

ReplyDeleteLovely to hear from you Emma - hope things are well with you all xxx
DeleteHi Jacqui! It has been a while again since I visited your blog but you are having a very fun summer by the looks of it. It is too hot for me. I am hoping we have our beloved (by me at least) Dutch summer back. Oh to be able to say I am chilly and put a cotton sweater on...lol.
ReplyDeleteAre you still crocheting? That is how I found you originally.
Hugs from Holland ~
Heidi
