December skies

It's a wet blustery day today - quite miserable actually - so I'm glad to look back on some of the beautiful skies we have had over the last week. Low sun, stunning cloudscapes, brilliant blues and a wonderful star filled aurora. Completely perfect xxx

    1. Hi - the aurora shots were taken with the Nikon d60, but the others were taken with the iPhone and edited either in Instagram or vsco cam. Have a wonderful Christmas and blessings for the New Year xx

  14. Lewis has seen some better weather than West Wales. The rain and wind has been a little relentless here. I hope you have a lovely Christmas and wish you and all your thoughtful readers a very happy and healthy New Year. I often think that if you filled a room with the folk who comment on your blog and you and James the room would be a happy place!

  16. I first got to know about your blog through my sister and have been following you for a while through your ups and downs in life. Just love the photos and life you share. There you are at one end of the country and I'm right at the other end, as far south as you can go, opposite the Isle of Wight near Portsmouth. I too live by the sea, but here it isn't too natural and the scenery, well, is not a patch on yours. However, following someone else whose life is so different, is kind of warming on these winter gale and rain lashed nights. Keep going, like scars the pain fades, but you never forget.

  17. I've only recently found your blog. Beautiful pictures.
Hope your Christmas is as good as it can be in the circumstances. It's my first Christmas without my husband too - he died three months ago.
    All the best, Stella
