A single image, no words, capturing a precious moment from my week. A simple moment that I want to pause, savour and remember. I am so happy to be joining in withSoulemama again this week. Wishing you all a calm weekend.
(ps - Remember to check out my lucky bag giveaway.)
wow what a great shot! i LOVE how quintessentially nautical it is. even his hair and outfit. beautiful boy! thanks for the visit to my blog, and for introducing me to yours- it's great!
Fantastic pic :) Just found your blog (looks amazing!) and read your 'About' section. Weirdly we're just back from a week in Gairloch and found it as inspirational as you did as a child. We too also harbour dreams of making the break to a smallholding/croft somewhere, so will follow your blog with extra interest. :)
This is a perfectly timeless and ageless picture. It could be any lad throughout the history of sailing, but you are so lucky that he is part of your life.
Thank you all - it was a great day indeed - The Tall Ships were visiting the island and what a buzz there was. Kiele - I didn't notice the nautical look until you mentioned it - wow :) paul and melanie - Gairloch is such a magical place - who knows what might happen. xx
Many thanks for visiting me. I love to read your thoughts and appreciate each one. I will respond to comments and queries here, so please check back xx
I hope you enjoyed the ships as much as I did - it was a wonderful day out.
